This was our 7th with Princess and third on the Grand. Each In the last two years, with Princess has gotten worse. This may have been the last we take with them. We have another booked, but we are considering cancelling.

We have no complaints about the staff. They were, as usual, polite, friendly, and able. I felt sorry for the dining room wait staff because they were made to do a sales pitch at least once per dinner - annoying.

The itinerary was the reason we picked this cruise. The overnighting in San Francisco made it attractive.
