The ship is very clean and well maintained. From the first evening in the mdr, the food was consistently poor quality. The same meat was served over and over, whether in the mdr, Cafe, or speciality restaurants. From terrible coffee to raw salmon (not sushi) to veal that could not be cut with a steak knife. We turned countless meals back. The cafe food was unattractive and tasteless. They couldn't even cook a burger properly. We tried to get anytime dining but were advised that it was wait listed, although there were lot of tables available. Part of the mdr has been closed off for suite guests, resulting in very close quarters in the mdr. Tables for two are so close, they are really two tables for four. It is impossible to have a private dinner for two as the guests in the next table are far too close.

There was never a place to sit quietly. Loud music was playing everywhere and with the ships open concept design, the music funnelled from deck 3 right up to the library. The music was so loud at the pool, my husband had to get ear plugs as it was physically painful.

Our cabin was very comfortable and clean. The room stewards did a great job.
