I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the ship, nice decor and easy to navigate around. We ate every dinner in the dining room and the food was very good, service very good, friendly staff. We had an inside cabin and had plenty of room with the exception of the shower which is tiny on every ship I've been on but not unmanageable. 3 out of 5 shows were ok, the best was the comedian. I have seen better entertainment on other ships. We went to see 1 movie and the theater was comfortable. The adult pool area was nice but I wish the pool bar opened earlier. They really push the drink packages, we both chose the non alcoholic package at 19.00/day, I had several virgin frozen drinks which were very good. I noticed since the push for packages you don't see as much wait staff circulating to take your drink orders and mostly you have to go to the bar and wait. This ship also did not have a soda machine where you could place your cup and get your own, this would be a great improvement. My only dislike was the coffee, too strong and bitter even when watered down with hot water. That said there were many other choices so it wasn't a deal breaker but I did enjoy a good cup of coffee once off the ship. The buffet was ok for breakfast and lunch. Key West was super hot but fun. In Cozumel we walked around looking at the different shops that pretty much had the same stuff, a little pricier the closer to the ship. I picked up a few things for gifts and back to the ship for us. Our room steward was very nice and efficient, he provided extra towels every day as we requested. I did not take advantage of room service so I can't offer an opinion on that. This was a nice relaxing cruise, I read 2 books sitting by the pool. Make sure you check your bill before you leave, I prepaid gratuities and they charged my bill $12.00/day for me and $12.00/day for my husband. I brought it to their attention and they removed the extra charges. There was another person with the same complaint. I am not sure if they automatically do this but if you prepay like we did, ( required when you booked my time dining) then check your bills. Although we enjoyed this cruise we prefer to sail on the Freedom of the Seas and that will be our next booking.
