Our first time on RCCL. We absolutely loved the entertainment but some of it was too late in the evening to participate for those days we had to get up early the next day. We did not like the way the ship handles "Anytime dining" as they make it very difficult for walk ups to be seated within a short period of time. We never had that issue on Celebrity so I was shocked to see the problem on this ship. Wait staff was usually good but the staff that give you coffee or drinks in the Windjammer seemed to be put off by our requests for coffee or hot water for tea. Also, the bar staff was mediocre at best. We failed to get our shore excursion tickets delivered to room so I had to go downstairs that morning and wait in line to get them.

Great for families and kids. There were 4100 guests on board but it never felt crowded. Most shows had plenty of empty seats (which is a first for us!). Will travel again with RCCL in September and I hope to cruise on FOTS again. Ice show was awesome!

we also love walking completely around the ship on decks 4/5 as it is in shade. we also liked the helipad spot on the bow.

Cabin Review

Cabin deluxe balcony

Cabin was average. Storage space below average compared to other ships. I missed a coffee pot in room! Nice to have space in the fridge for our waters. I missed having movies on the tv. Our balcony was gigantic...anyone wanting a larger than average balcony should book this room!
