We were first time cruisers. We didn't know how to do manuever the restaurents, the activities, the services, disembarking, etc. Our Conceirge - Thomas Meier, Butler - Christopher and cabin porter - Larry were top notch. If we needed help while walking through the ship, all NCL employees we encountered went out of their way to help guide us. We had a spectacular cabin that was clean and well maintained. We were basically spoiled by your staff. The ship size was perfect. I went to the salon twice - again, great staff and stylist. The waiters in the specialty restaurants were terrific. We had such a nice experience on the Pride of America. Our excursions were well run, on time and offered plenty of bathroom stops - which for me is a prerequisite. The only regret was I missed meeting the Ships Captain.
