This was our first Disney Cruise and WOW, it was truly a dream vacation. The customer services, from the moment you enter the port till the time you left it was nothing less than extraordinary. Checking in was a breezy. I was amazed that I was able to take snacks and baby food on board, no questions asked. I went with my husband, my now 3 year old son (who turned 3 on the ship) and 18 month daughter. We had an amazing balcony room. The ship was spectacular, always immaculate.

The food, OMG, was excellent. The waiters, Victor and Ronaldo, really made my kids feel extra special. My husband asked about an appetizer that he had the night before at a different restaurant and Ronaldo got it for him. Animators Palette is simply AMAZING, especially for the kids. Port excursions were very well organized and in true Disney fashion, they got people in and where they needed it to be in a timely fashion. Castsway Cay is fantastic. They truly have something for every age group there. My kids enjoyed the water park. My favorite part of the cruise was Pirate Night. What an exciting show. At one point I felt like I at the Magic Kingdom....it was just so fantastic. The only thing that i didn't like was that I didn't know that you need it a special ticket to see the characters from Disney Junior but now I am ready for next year. Other than that this was one of my favorite vacations. My kids really enjoyed themselves and to my surprise so did my husband.
