I'd like to give a rating of 4, but the service on a cruise ship is extremely important, and it is sorely lacking on this ship. We had the Celebrity Select dining, and I don't think I've ever experienced worse service. There is either a management problem or they are understaffed (or both). It often took several requests and 30 to 45 minutes to get drinks, which is insane. And try to get your water glass filled! Took about an hour. One night the Maitreh D came over to ask how everything was. We gave him an earful, and nothing changed. After complaining about waiting an hour to get my water glass filled, it never got filled again!

Okay, enough with the bad. The food, overall was quite good. Exponentially better than we had on the Norwegian Sun a few months ago. We really enjoyed the solarium pool and hot tubs where we could get out of the sun and away from the noise at the outside pools. Although there were not many children on this cruise, it was still nice that the inside pool area is adults only.

The outside pools were nice, but two of the hot tubs were not working most of the week. The Sunset Bar was nice, and the later shows/competitions with the cruise director and other staff were a lot of fun. What the ship lacks is smaller bars/lounges with acoustic type music. It is offered early in the evening but we couldn't find anything like that after dinner.
