Cozumel

We have been to Cozumel numerous times. It is not handicapped friendly. My wife has a scooter, and we could not get out of the port. They try to route all cruise traffic through their shopping mall. You have to go in one store, up an escallator, thru a bridge over the main road, and then thru their shopping center. We could not take the scooter up the escallator. They had an elevator but it did not work. After 15 minutes when we were about to go back to the ship, someone finally showed us a way out of the port. However, when we got outside we were on the wrong side of the street with no handicapped access to get across. If you go up a couple of blocks, you can finally get across the street.

Miami

The only reasonable parking available is in the Port itself, which is $20/24-hour period. There is no handicapped discount. There were no shuttles back to the ship - you had to walk a couple of ship lengths - not bad if walking is not an issue. Driving to the port on 95 is a bear.
