After reading a mix of both good and bad reviews I thought the best way is to just get on the ship and find out for ourselves and are we glad we did....We have just had one of the best 10 day holidays of our lives. Seriously $ for $ I do not think you could get better and we had a ball of a time. There was a host of activities but you had the choice to partake or not to, there was a heap of tours and things to buy on the ship such as jewellery and photos but again you had the choice to partake or not to. The food was of an excellent standard and given that these guys are pumping out over 10,000 meals a day anyone that complains will just never be happy. You can go a la carte in Sapphire's, Buffet in Windjammers or snack on some fresh Pizza in the Promenade. We took out a basic room which was room 6293 which was a Promenade cabin and it was great and fantastic for the price. A couple of nights we had a bit of noise come through but we were that exhausted from our days swimming, reading, eating, flow riding, minigolf etc. that we fell straight to sleep. For under $100 per day we got an outstanding cruise, endless food, great activities, great staff and we met some wonderful people from all around the world. These people that talk about queues etc. need to take a positive pill and just relax. Of course when you are trying to tender 3,100 people off a boat you need some patience which many rude people did not display but in many cases the hold ups were by the customs etc. in the visiting port and they were unavoidable. I think that the Voyager is a wonderful trip and I found from Captain Charles right down to the waiting and cabin staff a team of wonderful and dedicated staff that bent over backwards to please you on every occasion. We had warm weather and never once could not find a spot with a lounger somewhere on the ship. of course it may not be centre poolside but certainly it was never a problem. we had a full ship and always got a seat at every show, and we went every night! The cruise director fang and his helper did a great job in keeping things moving and they even put a dawn service on for the Aussies on Anzac Day. Well done to Royal Caribbean we had a ball and to those that write these big negative tirades you are better off staying home because if you cant enjoy yourself on this ship nothing will please you!

Cabin Review

Promenade Stateroom

Cabin PR

The cabin was really compact but still plenty of room for two people due to the great design. We had a big bed, two couches and ample cupboard space. The bathroom was compact but very good with a great powerful shower and good storage room. There was a bit of noise that came up through the glass from the Promenade deck but it only lasted an hour or so and did not effect us at all. Overall a good budget room.
