I have been on numerous cruises and always been most happy. On this occassion we booked 3 Cabins and we were all looking forward to be Wowed etc. This simply is NOT the life. Couldn't wait for the cruise to finish. Spent an inordinate amount of time in cabins as there was very little to do on the ship during the day, unless you enjoy bingo, dance or spa treatments. Live TV confined to News and Sports Channels +1 other. I have never ever watched so many films on a ship before... simply to attempt to dull the boredom. The ship is far too large and impersonal. This is not a Ship for the elderly or infirm. Very little attempt if any is made by the crew to engage with passengers or to even assist. Very few smiley faces. Staff presented as though they really didn't want to be onboard. Hugely disappointing! I could go on and on....But so many other fabulous ships out there to try.
