The Constellation is definitely worthy of its # 1 rating in Conde' Nast Traveler, from the time I boarded the ship till I left I was impressed and my faith in Celebrity renewed. I had been on The Mercury back in March (see my review I understand it has been fixed) and came away with a very bad taste, however The Connie certainly made those feelings just a foggy memory.

Boarding at Cape Liberty was the smoothest I had ever seen, from the time I stepped out of my cab till I was on the ship was less than 30 minutes. After my glass of "bubbly" I was on my way to my stateroom on deck 8. Having sailed on The Summit, sister ship, I know all the shortcuts and the layout of the ship.

The Constellation was in fine shape, oh to be sure there were a few signs of wear here and there, but the entire cruise the maintenance staff was very visible painting, cleaning etc. My cabin, inside, was fine spacious with lots of storage space always is great shape and well attended to by the cabin staff.
