This was our first carnival cruise and it will be our last! It was down right terrible. I have a child with a peanut allergy and before I booked the cruise I had called them and they were very polite and helpful. They said they most def could accommodate that. Ha.. Not even close!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one on the cruise ship even understands English. They have no idea what nuts, peanuts are. They were not helpful at all!! It was awful. You try to explain it to them and they just smile and nod their head. That's all any of them do. We will NEVER go on another carnival cruise again!! Before this we took a disney cruise. Very very AWESOME!! I don't have enough words to tell you how great they were!! Very very accommodating and had so much food for my son to eat. (One with the allergy)

Ok next let's get into the food in general. One word will pretty much sum this up. NASTY!!!! Everything was just sick. The food on the bar that is supposed to be served hot is cold. The much buffet closes at 2:30 which ended up closing at 1:00 everyday. They close everything down early. For the sit down dinner, don't even bother going to that. It's a waste of time. The food there is gross as well. I have never in my life had food this bad before. Desserts are the same. How can one possibly go wrong with chocolate. Oh you can and they did. Down right nasty. Trust me the food sucks!!!! Not to mention at the sit down dinner the waiters stand right next to you and hurry you along with your meal. Don't even both asking them to get you something. Half the time they forget it or they just don't bring it at all.

Just extremely disappointing . I thought better for a carnival cruise. Never again will we ever go on one. Our room stewards name was T. He was the best! the room was wonderful every time. He got a very big tip for us. Not once was I disappointed with him. He talked to us daily and was just perfect. One last thing. We were supposed to stop at one of the stops and didn't. The ship couldn't sick due to large winds etc. very very disappointing. I understand sometimes this happens but they could have tried more. Plus there were 2 ports it could have docked at and they didn't try long enough not did they even attempt to go another day. This happened on our disney cruise and they went the very next day. Rethink going on this cruise. Pay more and do a disney one. This one is not work a dime of your money.
