I went on the Oasis in December and this boat was like an older version. We got the alcohol package and there were NO machines to get soda at you have to get basic sprite, coke, diet coke, etc at the bar and thats it. Watching movies on the big screen was nice. Otherwise it was a pretty average cruise. A little quiet. The entertainment was too geared toward really old people and Spanish speaking people.. The ship could use some refurbishment, it just looks really old. We saw a pool worker find a full cup of soda sitting around and he poured it out onto the mesh carpet stuff instead of dumping it in a sink or something.. Our cabin was REALLY hot. We couldn't even sleep under the covers. The food was surprisingly good most of the time but lunch got very boring. The inside shopping area was like the promenade on Oasis. Our favorite thing was the Dog and Badger bar we felt like we were in Harry Potter! Try the Sliced Apple Pie drink! Also Labadee was a really nice port I hope to go there with a suite card one day lots of privileges.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin N

We would NOT get this room or any room on the 6th floor again. Maybe a few floors up. We were right above the Pyramid Lounge and had to listen to bass from music all night long. It was horrible. I kept having to take naps because I was not getting good enough sleep at night. If you go on the 7th or 8th floor that would be better. We liked being in the middle area because we didnt have to figure out which side of the boat to go to after getting to our floor each time but thats it. We would never get a room on this floor again if we were going to go on this boat. It was also REALLY HOT in our room.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

The port looks very industrial. It is large and has lots of cargo boxes everywhere and the roads are kind of confusing but we showed up early enough to figure it out

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Average port. We didn't do any excursions but next time we think we will try the one with the submarine because the place looked nice and has good internet reviews. The port itself is very shopping based which I am not really interested in.

Falmouth

Labadee was really nice, we will definitely be back. Beaches everywhere, zip lines which we will try next time, a space for suite guests, buffets for food everywhere (though the food wasn't very good) it is comparable to cococay

Labadee

The beach at labadee was awesome. There were more than enough chairs for our boat, I think it would be too crowded if we had been traveling with twice as many passengers on the Oasis of the Seas. There is a nice spot for suite guests.
