Overall the cruise was very good. I have seen some changes in some minor services that I was used to missing. You now have to ask for an ice bucket, which I think is kind of ridiculous. The dining room, it was hard to get dinner drinks, unlike in the past. The employees were wonderful as always and very helpful. There were no service issues. The main areas were very clean. This time I noticed there was very seldom a wait for the elevators, buffets or anything else on the ship. The ports we visited were good, not to crazy about Freeport, Bahamas, it seemed very industrial.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8D

Cabin was a normal cabin with adequate room as expected. There was nothing broke in the room. This room have a great view from the balcony, especially in the morning for room service coffee.

Port Reviews

Nassau

We walked down the 2 main streets in the city. We walked up to the Colonial Hilton Hotel. The hotel property was beautiful and very peaceful to sit in their courtyard for a while. The shops were much more commercialized than in Freeport. It was still nice to walk around the area as we felt safe. We also watched our surroundings and stayed in the tourist area.

Galveston

Galveston is a beautiful wonderful city with lots to do. But since we are there for the cruise, we do not do anything. We stay at either the Hilton hotel or in the Kemah area.
