We have been on the Enchantment before it was cut and again in April. The work was seamless and you would never know it was cut in half. The ship is showing her age though, we had multiple doors the would not stay closed, and drawers that you needed 2 hands to open. Pool deck was dirty from the night before at 7:30 next morning , with beer bottles and glasses left under lounge chairs

I don't know if it is a cost cutting measure fleet wide or because it is a short 3 - 4 day cruise , but menus are getting smaller with fewer choices and fewer venues open at odd hours.

We love Shrimp Cocktail and order it often,as it was usually found on the everyday dinner menu choices, except not on this cruise even as a special request, it did show up on the third night on the menu. There was a TOP TIER breakfast event for frequent cruisers held on the 5th floor dinning room (General breakfast was on the 4th floor). This Top Tier was Buffet style, which meant almost NO waitstaff. When my wife & I got to the front of the line, 3 of the 5 pans were empty, and I asked for them to be refilled.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

One of the two lights was out in the bathroom. Drawer and door issues hard to open , or would not stay closed.
