Sail Date: Apr 2015
Cabin: Deluxe Veranda 2D

We have sailed twice a year for the past several years, mostly with Celebrity, and our last cruise, 11 day Caribbean, was definitely one of the best. We chose this itinerary because it took us to 4 new ports, Cartegenia, Columbia, Colon, Panama, Belize City, Belize and Puerto Lima, Costa Rica.

We flew into Ft. Lauder a day before the cruise. We stayed at Springhill Suites in Dania Beach and were completely satisfied with the facility and the service. The reasonable rate included transfers from FLL to the hotel and also to Port Everglades. In both cases the service was pleasant and efficient. Also offered was a buffet breakfast - very good.

Celebrity notified all passengers the week before the cruise of recommended arrival times and it made embarkation delightful. We were registered, issued sea passes and were on board quickly. We go to the Aquaspa Cafe rather than the Oceanview Cafe because it is less crowded and very peaceful. Foods are limited compared to the main buffet, but there are delicious salads, soup and poached salmon to die for!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 2D

Cabin 2D

Obstructed view veranda - tender racked just off our balcony blocked view of the water. No big deal. Cabin was very well kept by our attendants. Storage was adequate. Climate control effective. No noise issues. Mattress could be better.
