We booked this cruise because by doing a back to back, we could visit a large number of Mediterranean ports. This was our first NCL cruise and we would definitely do another. We enjoyed the freestyle dining. On other cruise lines, after a long day of touring, you don't have time to get ready for an early dining time. So you are stuck with late dining which messes up your timing for shows, etc. On Norwegian, we would relax for a while after touring, then get cleaned up and go to 6:45 trivia. After trivia, we would go to dinner then the 9:30 show. It worked out quite well. The food in the main dining rooms was pretty good but after 3 weeks, everything seemed to taste the same. The major problem was that dinners took at least 1 1/2 hours and often 2 hours. We felt that could have to 1 hour and 15 minutes. By the end of the three weeks, we ate several times in the buffet just to have a fast dinner.
All the employees on the ship were happy, very courteous and tried to make your cruise the best it could be.
The shows were fairly good. Three or four were very good and the others were OK. The cruise directors staff worked hard to make sure that you were having fun.
Pretty large. No noise from above. Well worth the money.
Took little train to old town and walked back to the ship.
