First the customers service before the sail date was irritating. It was my first time and I had a lot of questions. Now I know why they were so rude over the phone. It was like that entire time. Customer service didn't want to answer the questions they knew that was a lie about the cruise. The trip was for my family of 7 only 4 went because of issues not resolved. Ages 22, 21,15 and 14. There was nothing at all for the younger two to do. You had to fill out forms for them to do teen events that took too much time. Our cabins were hot and small. The bathroom were like port a potties. The housekeeping was annoying and made us uncomfortable coming in all the time. The staff was sad to be around. They didn't understand anything or at least that's what they wanted us to think. Had some smirky smile and pointed to things.

It was EXTREMELY dirty. Health hazardously disgusting. I was itching the entire time. I wanted off the boat from the start. The others that did not get on the boat were the lucky ones. I had to entertain the younger ones. The beverages was a joke. They trick us into buying beverage packages for a cheaper price but was a waste of time. I had to buy another cup for the drink. We were not allowed to use our drink ticket for the size they offered. We had to pour smaller drinks into our soveinir cups they gave us. They act like they didn't understand every time we tried. I still have tickets left because it was so hard to use and the drinks were awful. The drinks were much better off the boat.

The food was less then hospital grade. They said the seafood was only seasonal and maybe because of this being my first time but how can seafood be seasonal in the sea? Maybe someone could help me with that. The pictures on the website was THE BEST DECEPTION OF A VACATION EVER!!....please take the steak and lobster off. The younger ones who eats just about anything was starving. They made us pay for our captains dinner and sat us with others. The setting looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Take the off too. The swimming area was too scary for my dog to get in. They didn't fill the pools and even if they had you were an 60's style small dirty tub if I could post pictures I would. Our room tv needs two strong men to lift them. I was unaware they still made TV's that big anymore. The beds came out the wall not fit for people of our height. Again take the picture off the website. They don't tell you that you have to pay to get to the island after they dropped you off at a dock. They put 15 of us on a 6 passenger shuttle. They tried to smash the younget child's leg with a added chair. I had to stop them from doing that. They never gave is brochures to choose a island. We didn't even know what to expect. They asked us what island do we want to go to we had no clue we could choose. But the people off the boat was more friendly then the staffers even when my shuttle driver wrecked into car. It was his buddy. They both laughed it off and kept going. The worse part was that we passes a Carnival Cruise lines and I could literally see their basketball courts, their projection screen TV's, their beautiful swimming areas and their lobster. The kids that was from Carnival on the island was ready to go back to their boat because they loved it. I didn't want the young ones from our cruise to hear them talk about their fun because they had no desire to get back on the boat.THE BEST PART OF OUR CRUISE WAS GETTING BACK TO OUR CAR TO DRIVE 16.5 hour back to Columbus, Ohio

Old style, confusing and not exciting. They were friendly then the staffers on the cruise but it was old and gloomy. I guess it should have been indicator of how the cruise would be.
