I have been on 15 cruises with Carnival, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean combined. I have never had such a horrible experience as I did this past week.

Upon arrival as soon as I got into my room I noticed in our bathroom there was toothpaste still spit on mirror from the previous guests. There were also pubic hairs on the toilet. I was so disgusted I asked our room Stewart to please re clean our room. He did so and I thought everything was ok.

I went to the mustard drill, dinner and a show got back to my room shortly after 1130pm. I went to get into bed and noticed huge yellow stains (3 of them to be exact) all over my sheets. I called to have them changed and was told somebody would be right up. Read more
