We have sailed w/ NCL a couple of times now. The Epic was not as enjoyable as the others. The menu's didn't have variety - some never changed at all. The food was good as always but again, seemed limited in selection compared to other ships. The ships staff was awesome, hardworking, courteous. We wondered if the ship was short staffed as messes in the common areas went without attention for days. Not as much cleaning going on during the day in common areas. Entertain, what they had, was very enjoyable but again, lacked in the number of things to pick from. Really missed the Broadway type shows in the theater. Getting on and off the ship was a breeze and customer service did an excellent job in trying to correct any issues. The weather didn't cooperate but thats to be expected on any vacation. When the weather did finally get hot, we walked around and around before finally finding a place to lay in the sun. To crowded. Its always nice to get away, but think were going to either utilize a smaller ship of NCL and or try another cruise line. We really enjoy their dinning plan of eat when you want which has been the main drawing item for us to use NCL.

I know first hand they have other ships with better entertainment, food choices, and space to exist so will use NCL again.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

Cabin layout was weird-bathroom components separated. Counter top space seemed narrow. Closet size was small; lots of cabinets but each one didn't hold a lot. For the most part, comfortable.
