Sail Date: Apr 2015

We booked this cruise based on advertisements for 2 nights and 3 days in Bermuda. The week of the cruise, we were informed that there would only be one night in Bermuda arriving in the morning of the first day and sailing prior to dinner on the second day . We were allowed $25 per person for this "inconvenience". This was indeed a huge disappointment.

The ship itself is beautiful, but very large. It was difficult to locate the dining room and there was no signage available until the 2nd or 3rd day of the cruise. The food on the cruise was average at best. And the service in the breakfast and lunch dining rooms (the Black Crab)was poor. I had to ask for a refill on coffee at least 3 times as an example. We did have a wonderful server at dinner. The buffet at lunch was just ok, but the pizza was very good.

The cabin was very nice and the space was more than adequate and we were very pleased with our cabin attendant.

Cabin Review

The cabin was large and clean. The shower was excellent. Our attendant was always available and helpful.
