The cruise was great with plenty of selections to pick from ashore. Our cabin steward was a thorough gentleman, very polite and willing to answer questions we put to him, our cabin was spotless and hopefully our next cruise we will have the same standard of steward. Similarly the staff in the restaurants were on top of their game, friendly and when asked about the food were able to describe in detail the tastes which we could expect.

I would have gave a Five Star Rating except for one thing, I love red wine and during the cruise purchased three bottles of Margaret River 33 South 2012 Shiraz with my son-in-law making the same purchases on opposite nights to me when dining at night in Truffles we payed $48-75 per bottle. When I arrived home I made enquiries as to purchasing that same wine, quite frankly I was more than surprised to find I could purchase it for $15-00 per bottle at the very same supplier which supplies the ship, it is a Greek bottle shop in Figtree Wollongong. I consider the "mark up" on the wine as well over the top and similar to "piracy" on the high seas, a real shame when you consider the effort of all the crew and we also had a really nice Italian captain. Looks like the "bean counters" are putting their hands in the wallets of travellers.
