This was our first cruise. Initially the WOW factor was there but it soon disappeared!

Checking in and embarking on to the vessel was chaos. There was some technical difficulties however not one voucher or goodwill was issued. There was a café but people were simply expected to buy their own stuff. We waited outside in the cold for sometime before we actually got into the terminal building! Not a good start - not even a complimentary drink on board......

Our cabin was lovely, unfortunately the furniture was cheap looking and already chipping. The soft furnishings were tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. Our balcony was a joke and I felt the partitions between the balconies looked like toilet partitions. The balcony was far too small. You could not sit out there comfortably. Nice toiletries though!
