Sail Date: Apr 2015
Cabin: Concierge Class 3

My wife and I joined a couple we are friends with for the April 4, 2015 Celebrity Reflection sailing. He was celebrating his 60th Birthday on the second night, and my wife celebrated her Birthday a couple of days prior to sailing, so this was a birthday cruise for both couples. We have done three cruises on Carnival, one on Royal Caribbean and one on Princess. We were all in Concierge Class cabins on Deck 9, we were in 9249, and our friends were in 9241.

We landed in Miami about 10:15 and were at the port terminal by 11:15. We used QLS for the shuttle trip. We were check in as soon as we walked into the terminal, and we went to a waiting area. At 11:40 we were told we could embark onto the ship and by noon or so, we were sitting in the Oceanview Café, with our first drinks. We had the Classic Alcohol Package as part of our promotion, as well as on board gratuities and shipboard credit.

The Celebrity Reflection is a beautiful ship. Modern and contemporary in look and design. It is spotless. The crew works tirelessly in cleaning everything. You would walk into the restroom and there would be a crewmember wiping the sink counter, or mopping the floor. The ship is laid out well, and never seemed crowded.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

Cabin C3

Cabin 9249 is port side, just aft of the midship elevators. It is very quiet. The cabin is a good size. The bed is away from the balcony doors, with a couch between it and the balcony. Enough storage, with the over bed cabinet. The bathroom is very generous in size. Larger than I remember any other stateroom bathroom being on previous ships. Our Steward, Krishna, was the best Steward we have ever encountered. He was very friendly and warm. Every morning he would hear us in the hall and would leave whatever cabin he was working in and great us and asks about how our night was and wish us a good time for the day. The cabin was always spotless. Anything we asked for he took care of immediately. One of the days we asked him to have the A/C checked, as it was warm in the cabin. When we got back from the shore excursion, it was an icebox in there! We asked for an extra towel, and always had an extra one the rest of the week.
