The Reflection is a really beautiful, contemporary ship. The style, layout & overall ambience is excellent. Having done 4 med cruises now, we were looking for a new itinerary. So this is why we chose this cruise. Most people onboard were couples & families with older children. Also, there was a really good European mix, with some Americans & Austrailians, so you don't feel it's all the Brits abroad. The age group was also broad, from younger/older couples to families (generally with older children).

Having cruised several times before with Royal Caribbean/Princess, I was a little worried about this one in the way of entertainment for my son (aged 12) & husband. This was a problem, as there's no mini golf/other sports activities going on etc. on sea days.

There are the usual array of kids clubs, where they were all having a great time, but over the years my two never want to go along : / despite all our cajoling.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View with Verandah 1A

Cabin 1A

Lovely, stylish & clean, well maintained cabin. Cabin steward did a fine job. Obviously space is tight as 4 of us share, but you're never really in the cabin much to worry about space. Bathroom seemed a little larger than other lines. Always plenty of fresh towels & shower products.
