We usually holiday on the Thomson Celebration or the Thomson Spirit. But we saw the Itineraries Mexican Medley and Pride of Panama on the Dream, we checked out the excursions available and excitedly booked last May. We chose an outside plus cabin on deck 6 midship. A few weeks before we departed we had an email advising us that one port of call was being dropped due to problems getting the ship in due to the currents and weather, but advised we would visit Santa Marta, Columbia instead.

We flew from Gatwick on Thomson Dreamliner, which was on time and thought the service onboard was excellent.

Having arrived in Jamaica, the transfer from the airport to the ship was pretty speedy, although the immigration form was a little confusing to complete with no help offered on the plane.

Cabin Review

lovely cabin with large picture window. A seating area and tea/coffee making facilities. Although the bathroom was a reasonable size, with a bath, it was a bit short on storage space.
