First of all, I love Celebrity. This was the first time we upgraded to Concierge. It included $300 OBC, Prepaid gratuities and the drink package. I wouldn't do it again though. Not for the price. Normally we just get a Window or a Balcony. I have gotten better service for a window room than I did for Concierge. Our room steward never introduced herself until I asked her what her name was.

You are suppose to get Champagne, which we did, but not in an ice bucket which I had to ask for. The linens and bathrobe are suppose to be better. They are not. We were suppose to get flowers for our room, we did not. We got canapes everyday but I could have gotten better ones if I had gone to the lido deck and got them myself. Not everyone in my group of 8 got canapes everyday.

All of us felt the rooms were smaller than we had had before. There certainly isn't any more storage in these rooms. No deep drawers for storage. We used the Cabinet over the bed. There are some baskets under the bed you can use, which I forgot about.

Cabin Review

Cabin Concierge

Nothing special. No more room that a window room.
