We booked this cruise 14 months prior to sailing as part of the celebrations for 2 of our party celebrating their 60th birthdays. This is the first time any of our party of 4 have been on a Celebrity cruise and we weren't disappointed. We loved everything about this ship and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
We found embarkment was smooth and quick, and we went straight up to the lawn club for a refreshing drink and watch the sites of Miami before a taste of the fabulous buffet.
The staff were marvelous and nothing was too much trouble for them. They appeared genuinely happy to please and delivered exceptional service. We were concierge class and had 2 cabins next to each other.We asked if we could have the balcony dividers removed and this was done straight away for us.

Balcony cabin and, excellent standard of cleanliness.Wonderful concierge service. Beds were comfy and very big, enough storage space. Initially not enough coat hangers, but when requested,extra they were bought to the cabin without delay. Nice to have the sparkly fizz and fruit on the first day. We used the fridge to store our water and milk without any problems.
