Accomodations: We stayed in an oceanview room and we loved the extra large window and it offered a great view of the sea. Our room was kept clean with towel animals each night and a chocolate. The bathroom had a drain problem when we arrived and it took to phone calls and two days to get fixed. Our stewart was a little too friendly which made me feel a little uncomfortable.
Ship: Splendor went through a renovation and she was looking great so no complaints.
Dinning and Food: Most everything tasted very good but I can not say excellent. Service at the buffet was terrible. It was hard to find a clean table and know one seemed to know you existed. So I would have to say there was very little to no service offered. Service in the Dinning room was very good but also very slow. If you want to get to a show or ? forget it!
Enjoyed the Everglades that we toured on our own. This was a first time experience. Visited Little Cuba but it was Sunday and everything was closed except restaurants. Yummy food there. Stayed two extra nights.
Way too many cruise ships in port so stayed on ship Been to Cozumel many times but when it was less touristy and less cruise ships. I feel they really take advantage of tourist there.
Went scuba diving on my own as I like small groups and long dives. I found an excellent operation that did this Sea Sports. Will use them again. PADI dive Instructor
Just out right beautiful. No matter what you do you will enjoy this island. We did the zipline and the park with monkeys and macaws totally awesome. Last visit I went diving and that too was awesome.
I went diving here with an operation Cayman Divers that offers small groups and caters to your needs. That is hard to find in Grand Cayman. They also had a new speed boat one which you usually don't see at dive operations.
