I have just been reading the Disappointed review on the relocation cruise from Singapore to Sydney. I am in total agreement. I have been on RC previously and had an average time. This time we were expecting something special and all we got was disappointment. 4 hours to embark the ship and no communication from RC. The service was disappointing all over the ship. The only time we received good service was from one waitress in the 'R-Bar'. My wife liked to have a cocktail whilst on the pool deck. we soon learned that to get a half decent drink you had to go to the bar and queue and watch the attendant put the alcohol in the drink, otherwise you just got fruit juice. I was impressed at by the beer selection on the menu at the pub. However, When I made my selections I was invarably told that they didn't stock the beer on this cruise.

Prior to boarding the ship I inquired on-line about the 'Chef's Table' dining experience that we had on previous cruises with RC. I was told to book when boarding. When we had boarded were were told there was no such thing on Voyager as it caters for the Asian market and the 'Chef's Table' too expensive for that market (hello were were going to Australia and the ship was going to be based there for months). It seemed that every turn RC was out to suck more money out of you. (We were told that we could have the 'minimum photo package for $300. when all we wanted was one photo of formal night). The list goes on.
