As usual, the staff of the Jewel far exceeds my expectations! This was our 5th cruise on this ship, with 2 more scheduled. First, bartenders are amazing. I always feel like the most important person on the ship. Thanks again to Ali and his staff, particularly Michael H., Michael E., Iketut, Borys, Kevin S., Stefania, Grecia, and Waylon.
Our dinner service was impeccable. Thank you to Corwin and Roselle. I do wish we had a full table, and a we had a complainer, but otherwise, the food was excellent, and service was great.
This cruise was a bit different from others. Many families who had their own agendas, so didn't meet a lot of folks, but had a lovely time with 2 ports that were new to us.

Always a smooth check-in. We didn't do anything, other than sign in and board the ship. The staff is friendly and courteous. We like this port because it is easy to access.
