Cabins and restaurants were amzingly clean and well run. Staff was very friendly, especially the Schooner Bar staff of Gilbert, Celdric and Chester. They made us feel welcome, were very accommodating, and made us laugh a lot too.
The last night our wait staff was beyond amazing. Wish we had them the whole time. Food was out of this world delicious. One hiccup was that my friend was served raw chicken one night, but they were apologetic about it. It's to be expected cooking for 3,000 people.
My one complaint is that "My Time-Dining" isn't that well run. Next time we will definitely do the option to eat at the same time every day. Every time we got to "My-Time-Dining," they had our times screwed up in their computer, and it didn't match our printout in our hands. We specifically timed our dinners with our excursions. One night they even canceled our dinner altogether and blamed us, even though we had no computer access to do so. Super frustrating.
Natalia did an amazing job everyday. Room was immaculate and the towel animals were a nice perk. Super friendly and helpful. You must have a room with a balcony. It's so peaceful to sit out there and read.
Um, it's a city were you get on a boat with a bunch of people. It's like the airport. Again, I didn't do an excursion as it was our embarkation point only.
