My wife and I have taken over 35 cruises, mostly with Celebrity (17 trips). The ship is beautiful and The staff is mostly friendly and accommodating, but no past cruise has been more disappointing than this experience.

The Oasis has a relations desk that is too small for the passenger capacity and was never fully manned. My wait times ranged from 30 to 70 minutes (only 3 computers staffed) for the first two days to 10 minutes mid week.

Rules for kid participation in activities are too strict and do not consider age. My grandson missed height requirements for wave board by 0.50" although there were younger taller kids participating. He was three pounds too light for zip line but younger heavier kids were allowed. He was allowed on the rock wall but his mother had a drink in her hand which significantly delayed the process because I had to be summoned as an alternate co-parent.
