From the start on entering the ship was awful, it smelt fusty and they did not scan your bags (this was never actually done all week!!). Cabin not bad size but the whole ship needs a overall. The pool area was horrendous, jacuzzi full of screaming kids whilst mum n dad drank at the sides, imagine the worst holiday camp in England, then that is what it was like!!! Dining not too bad, when it not too busy but when busy, again, horrendous!!! Air conditioning around the ship was that cold you needed a cardigan/coat all the time, when mentioned at reception was told by the lady with the dyed blonde air and white glasses(who was very rude) was that that is how it is, it was very uncomfortable. This same lady by the way, on checking in sat with her buttons undone making it very revealing, not a pretty sight and not very professional!!! Talking about uniform, one of the receptionists had a button missing so was held together with a safety pin, classy!!!! Entertainment was good, bit samey by the singers but costumes and themes very good. Comedian was great, thank god he was there!! Would I cruise again with thomsons, definitely not, ferry in the Canaries!!! on a positive note we went with family and made the most if it!!!
