It was our first cruise as a family of 3. The time it took to check in on the boat and to the resort was horrible. We did not know it would take most of our vacation to do that. The cabins were small and air conditioners did not work. We had to get two cabins because the initial reservations messed up and did not book us together as a family. They did not offer anything to rectify the situation or apologize for the inconveniences. The ship was crowded and the pools were small. The shows were the highlight of the ship!!! The food was good,but not great. The service was fair. The extra taxes and fees at the end were ridiculous. Overall, the experience was fair to poor. I am not going to book a cruise again. I would highly recommend NOT using this cruise line. The resort at the Bahamas was beautiful, but the 2.5 hour wait to get checked in was AWFUL! When you book beforehand, you should NOT have to wait forever to enjoy your vacation.
