I have just returned from a week on the Epic following a week on the Getaway.
The Getaway wonderful, the Epic needs to be sorted out. I have traveled 4 times with Norwegian and whilst this was not my worst experience it was most certainly not my best.
From arrival at the port to the facilities on board things were lacking. There was no welcome aboard, just left to find your own way around. Was given a map at check in with what is happening on embarkation day. Always had this before.
