The 7 day cruise on the Epic from Miami, left April 5, 2015 was absolutely horrible and here's why: Not 0ne but twice was a hair found in my food, the food is not great, and not even good -- just fair. Service was slim and quick and seems they were understaffed. The worse thing was there was a CONSTANT FOUL SMLL OF SEWERAGE that permeated the ship. The smell was like the constant order that comes out of the Times Square NYC sewers!!!! The public restrooms were the worse -- seems like a sewerage back-up issue. We complained -- and they insisted that we WAIT UNTIL THE CURISE WAS OVER -- and did not attempt to help us in any way!!! Really!!! Yes --- and they think they know what they are doing -- please stay clear of NCL ad stay way far from the Epic.
