I don't like the sub-marine part, but I like the baby bridge views.  I like the driver, but not like the agent.  I think the agent is a little bit less friendly.  But, I have to give her credit that she did introduced a lot of the island (WITH HER OWN POLITICAL OPINION, THIS IS THE PART I DON'T LIKE.).

Very informative and warm with personal touch.  The little gift make everyone feel so special.  I will definitely choose them again if I visit Bonaire again.

I plan to visit the fort george, then go to check out the market and taste local fruits.  But I end up go back to state room so early because of the good Friday, nothing opened.

Grenada

I booked online with down pay.  The port is not as described in registration sheet.  Pepper actually hired a local taxi to give me a tour without telling me.  I kept looking for his logo on the car, I cannot find it.  Local ppl told me he had already gone.  The time on my sheet is 8:30am, I am outside of the port at 8:05 am.  I am not very happy with this kind of setup.  Also, there are some miss communication between me and the driver that he hired.  Although Pepper finally end up gave me a tour, but I missed the first hour of the tour, also the entire trip is not very pleasant because he intentionally ignore us. For example, he will ask other two travelers if they want to have picture together, but we have to ask him to help us to take the picture, he will not offer the help.  He always stop at the location is fit those two ppl's view better but not us.  Maybe because I travel with kids, but this kind of attitude, I just cannot give him a higher score.  Regardless what, unless he doesn't take my business, if he took my business, then he should treat equally to everyone, I pay the money already.

the ppl who handles the tour are very friendly and nice.  The drinks are very good.  The equipment is nice too.  The only complaints is that the excursion description is not clear enough that the ship cannot dock at the shore, we have to swim to the bank.  Otherwise, I will not choose this excursion because I have a 1.5 years old infant, but the description said "kids friendly".

the Shell is good, but the service is bad.  Kind of disappointed by the behavior and the overall time spend on the beach is very little due to the fact we have to use life boat to transfer between ship and shore.

Also, I found out the last two days the room service is getting better, I think it is because the "TIP" day is coming.The entire trip, I only found one person I don't like, not because he did something to me, just because I saw others are working really hard to help customers, he is standing at water stand in the breakfast hour, doing nothing.
