We have been on many cruises and HAL several times.. This time the staff was not as experienced as in the past. Everyone wanted us to go away and solve our own problems. When the front desk was asked to help with our on board account we were told to call the credit card company and get it straightened out ourselves.. The casino staff was very elusive and kept refering us to the "manager", who would not give us any answers..
The highlights were we had a Neptune Suite.. And the Neptune Lounge was wonderful (especially Ray). Wonderful accomodations and location.. Entertainment and activities were not "geared" towards us. We love casinos and were disappointed with the service. (We won some jackpots and cannot complain about the payouts.)
Marvelous suite.. Could not ask for a better "cabin".. Unfortunatly it is expensive, but once in a lifetime, everyone should have the opportunity to do this!!!
