We took this 10 day cruise out of NYC & it was great!
Entertainment staff were great. Especially liked 'Big Ben' & Mandy and Gio, our cruise director.
We got the UBP for free which was nice to have. Husband probably got more use out of it than me, but was nice to have it.
Cabin Review
Mini-Suite with Balcony
Nice cabin! Good size cabin, nice couch that converts to a full size bed, which was fine for our two 9yr old girls, but would be a squeeze for anyone over 12 yrs of age! Also the couch bed was very hard! Like rock hard, no padding really. Kids didn't complain, but hubby & I took turns sleeping on it one night & found it very uncomfortable. Our regular bed on the other hand was very comfortable! Super comfy bed & nice soft pillows. Lots of storage space. Balcony was a nice size, as was the bathroom too.
Liked the location of the cabin on 11th floor, just one deck below the buffet & pool.
Did not hear any noise from above, which we were initially worried about.
Only about 7 cabins down from the Aft elevators, which was nice too.
Arnold was our cabin steward and was very good & attentive also.
No problems with this cabin & would recommend it!

San Juan
Nice stop. There is a free shuttle trolley/bus to take you to the fort. Meant to come every 15 mins. We just missed one though & had to wait 1 hour for the next one in the hot sun! Would recommend a short taxi ride instead of the free shuttle! Fort was fun I though & interesting, with great views. Our kids (aged 9yrs) were bored though. Walked back down to the town (only about 5-10 min walk) & shopped & ate. Kids liked all the pigeons in the main square. lol Had fun here, but wouldn't be in a rush to go again to this port of call.
St. Maarten
Main street for shopping is great! Very pretty, lots of shops, tons of bargains to be had! Beautiful island too. Would love to do an island tour here next time we visit!
Tortola
Beautiful island, took an island tour with a local. His name was Captain Friendly & he took us around the island for $10 each for 2 hours, giving us historical & local facts & making stops along the way. Was really fun!
