This room was mid-ship and in the perfect location. The stairs were 25 steps away and led one floor up to the pool and buffet. 

Lots of storage, bed high enough to put suitcases under, steward was very attentive.

We went through Resort for a Day and found the all-inclusive Jewel Runaway Bay Beach Resort. What an amazing place! It seriously rained - and I mean RAINED - the entire time we were in Jamaica. The weather had us dock at Ocho Rios, not Falmouth, but the company found us and took us over to the beach. This was an all-inclusive day, and the bars were all over, but we ended up paying for a cabana next to the water park just to have shelter from the rain! The staff was just so friendly - smiley, happy to see you, and would do anything. We LOVED the water park - our kids are 6 & 7 and spent hours in the lazy river during a rain storm. :) It wasn't too crowded. The food was just okay, but everything else (drinks, property, cleanliness, amenities, etc...) were excellent. We are contemplating skipping the cruise and going to this place for a week next year it was that great... even in the rain. :)

We loved the Turtle Farm! Our kiddos (6 & 7) just wanted to hold a turtle, so that's what they did - again and again! :) We bought the day passes (to have access to the entire park) and we did it all. 

This was a great place for a first time snorkeler to try - our 7 yo had a lot of fun in the lagoon. 

We all loved the pool, with water fall and water slide. Nothing wrong with sipping a bucket of beer by the pool!!!

The turtles are the draw here and we were not disappointed!

This was our third trip to Nachi Cocom and we will be back the next time we are in Cozumel! What a place!!! My parents (late 50's), husband and I (mid 30's) and our kids ( 6 & 7) all just feel at home at this island paradise! We have started looking solely at cruise itineraries that have Cozumel as a stop just to get a few hours in at Nachi. Not kidding.

Be prepared to be treated like royalty! Great drinks, fantastic food (love the guac and fajitas), and just feel like this is what it means to be on vacation. The staff could not be nicer - they are at your every need - and the facility is top notch. Our kids love the huge pool overlooking one of the prettiest beaches I've ever seen. If you want palm trees, clear water, beach air, and people treating you like royalty, this is your place.

What a cute little island! It's owned by NCL and MSC rents it. It is a gorgeous set of lagoons off somewhere in the Bahamas. The water is aqua and palm trees are everywhere. Lots of chairs for lots of people. Our ship was at capacity. The only time if felt really crowded was lunch time on the island - we noticed that the lines never actually died down as the day wore on, either, so maybe that is something to fix? Lunch was a disappointment, but everything else was spot on.

Bring cash for drinks/island purchases. The cruise cards don't work on this island it's done by hand. We learned to just use $$.

Tendering back to the ship was a fiasco - we waited over an hour in the burning sun with two little kids. It wasn't a great way to end a fantastic day.

When feeding 4,000 people dinner a night I realize somethings have to give, but sadly, our cruise just felt like dinner/food was just lacking.We met some great new friends from Argentina and Portugal, so that was wonderful, but in all it just felt like the cultures were very diverse and did not mesh well.
