My partner and I went on this cruise due to a promotional offer. We simply didn't know what to expect since it was a non-major brand cruise line.
The hotel included in the package was dreary and dingy. We had a ticket to dine at the buffet, however we got food poisoning. We complained to the customer service desk, they didn't care.
The embarkation wasn't very fast. Once on the ship, you had to navigate through the dining area since it was clogged and not moving. The food was ridiculously bad. Overcooked pasta, bland sauce, iceberg lettuce salad, and sickly sweet tea. It took us 40min just to get our food, and 10min just to find an empty seat. We tried to mingle with others, but everyone seemed frustrated and tried to make the best of the situation.
