This was our fourth Carnival Cruise. Not sure if Carnival itself is going downhill or it was just the level of service on this specific ship.

First some positives --

I really liked the ship itself. Not too big, not to small. The locations of the pools and hot tubs was also good -- some space between so they were not all crowded.
