This was our 10th Princess Princess Cruise and it was the most disappointing one we've taken. We chose this itinerary as it fit well with our schedule and we had not been to Roatan before. There were 4 port days on a 7 day cruise which we like.

The service was great everywhere we went - our cabin steward, Christian, did a wonderful job and our wait staff (5:30 pm traditional seating) were great too. I thought the food quality had slipped - we enjoy having breakfast in the dining room schedule permitting, and the omelet was not cooked thoroughly, english muffin arrived after the meal, etc. We experienced the same at dinner - the meat quality was not good - beef was tough, fish not warm. Our dining staff always tried to make it right - but it's not their fault.

Normally, formal nights are on sea days. We had 2 formal nights and 2 sea days. We were all surprised when the second formal night (normally lobster night) was on a port day - the longest port day we had - Cozumel from 9 am to 5 pm! Not many people dressed for dinner and many did not ever show up for dinner. No lobster - it was served on the sea day the following night which was casual dress. The Captains reception was on that night too instead of on the formal night.

We enjoyed the mini-suite. Bed was very comfortable, did not feel much movement.
