this was our first Carnival cruise and it was booked at the last minute. We were originally booked on another line, going a completely different direction and we weren't sure what we would end up with. We couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our steward, Greg Mark, was awesome. Our dining room team, Arthur, Romell and Julian (spelled incorrectly-my apologies) were the nicest, funniest, best servers in the dining room. The food was delicious and the service was perfection. Our cruise director, Kevin was a hoot! We stopped on a pier to talk tell him how great he was at his job (so great!!) and he talked with us at length. Just another example of the personal touches this boat has. The shows were excellent (don't miss Vroom), the PG comedy was fun for all and this boat was so clean. Every crew member we met was so kind and helpful. We had an unbelievably stressful year and desperately needed a break. Thank you to the Splendor team for such a wonderful experience. Out impression of Carnival has changed and we would love to come again. Hopefully soon...no one in our family wants to go home to cold, overcast Ohio!
