You spend a great deal of your time standing in long lines...there's a 1-2 hour wait for " Your Time Dining" practically every night Worse on " Captain's night." You have to get up with the chickens / Crack of dawn to get a lounge chair by the pool or the Serenity (adults only) deck. Carnival does not provide any information on the port of calls UNLESS IT'S A CARNIVAL ASSOCIATED EXCURSION. The port of calls are an average of 8 hours of which you spend at least 2 of them standing in LINE. I was shocked at the amount of sells/ marketing aboard ship...artwork, diamonds,.... the list goes on. The Comedy Club Manager needs a course in customer service...we LINED up for a show and was told we could NOT stand there come back in twenty minutes. We followed instructions and 5 minutes later there was a line around the corner exactly were we had stood....I asked the attendant why she had allowed people to line up where she insisted we COULD NOT. She rudely told us we could speak to the Mgr if we had a complaint. The Mgr tells us, he didn't " see the problem everyone will get a seat." The problem was we were finally first in LINE and was turned away.

The food was mediocre in the Crimson dining room. We stopped going to the dining room after the 3rd night. We decided to splurge and pay the $35/ per person, beverage not included and the additional gratuity to eat at "The Steakhouse." Applebee's and Chili's have a better cut of steak. The "baked potatoe" was a very small Russet potatoe not much bigger than a large egg.

Lack of diversity in the entertainment, The DJ on the Lido deck apparently Never heard of the R&B genre. ....But we got plenty of "Sweet Home Alabama."
