I am beyond confused by the negative reviews on this ship. I have been on over a dozen Royal Caribbean cruises and am a Diamond Crown and Anchor member. We have also been on Allure so we knew what to expect.
Embarkation- on board in 10 minutes
Cabins- clean, kept meticulous by our cabin steward. Had 2 adjoining cabins on deck 11. Balcony divider opened and extra chairs brought onto our balcony.
