The ship was clean and well maintained. Embarking was efficient and quick. This was our 5th Princess cruise, and probably our last. It's obvious that Princess is cutting corners in every aspect of their fleet. The food in the dining room keeps getting worse, especially the quality of the meats. Some of the ports were a waste of time and not worth the effort to go ashore. What was the worst, the average age of the passengers was between 80 and 90. If you are taking a honeymoon cruise expecting to meet anyone under 60, forget it. The majority of the entertainment in the main showroom wouldn't make it at a Bar Mitzvah for 13 year olds. It was difficult to move around the ship dodging walkers and wheelchairs. Some elderly should check with their doctors before taking a long, strenuous cruise. Some passengers actually had to be evacuated by helicopter due to their fragile state. Their was a rumor that some of the elderly passengers actually passed away on the ship. The cruise was like a bus on, bus off deal. New passengers were embarking and some were disembarking at every port, bringing sickness aboard with them. I never heard so much coughing in my life. One morning in the Pacific Moon dining room I actually witnessed a waiter coughing directly into a banana while cutting it, and serving it to a woman at breakfast. It was obvious he was ill. In the same dining room, a waiter at dinner asked us to leave our table before we were even served coffee due to his slow service. I guess it's time to check out some other cruise lines.
