We had a wonderful cruise experience on the Norwegian Jade. The staff and service was helpful, nice and extremely thoughtful. The food is varied, plenty and tasty with different dishes served every day. The ship itself is clean and well equipped, although the design leaves a lot to be desired. The cruise was always on time at the various stations.

The only negative experience was our purchase at the Duty Free store where the assistants misled us about the tax refund policy, and convinced us to buy merchandise for a bigger amount than we had planned by claiming that we will be eligible for a tax refund which turned out to be false information. It is really a pity that this (most likely intentional) misinformation added a bitter ending to an otherwise flawless holiday experience.

We will be happy to travel with NCL again in the future.
