Please note for anybody who has some food restrictions - Princess Coral went above and beyond my expectations on our March 21/15 cruise to the Panama Canal. The maitre'd discussed the menu every evening with me for the following day and they went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. It was greatly appreciated and I cannot say enough about their customer service. I would recommend if you have a particular food issue that you choose the reserved dining as it makes it easier for them to know what time you will be in the dining room each evening.

Re: Excursions. We booked privately in Cartegena with Claudia Vidal and she was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was very amendable to us not going shopping which gave us more time to sight see.
